Hp Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Speakers volume become almost half or less than half as soon as the audio starts playing, tried reinstalling drivers, resetting the laptop, updating drivers, used hp troubleshooting, The problem goes away for like a day or so and the it's the same low volume. Are there any alternate drivers for audio in hp omen, The realtek ones seems to be not working properly!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Based on your description it looks like the audio driver is getting installed from the Windows updates and which is causing the audio issue.

I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and then download and install the driver from the below link.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

Once the driver is installed, then stop the driver installation from Windows updates.

Here is how it is done.

Navigate to Control Panel > System & Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Hardware > Device Installation Settings. Then choose "No (your device might not work as expected)."

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I tried doing the procedure that you've mentioned!
But that didn't resolve the issue!

The speakers start loud and go dull after like 5 seconds, the problem persists!

May be it's the realtek drivers that are faulty!

Please, anyone who's resolved the issue, help me out!
