- Static noise occuring when connected to PC jack port.

I have been facing this static noise for past week and tried many tricks available on web,but the problem still persists. When i run the components test i have got the following failure ID : 901HUJ-976A68-MFPW3G-219503. Please help me..!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting static noise when you connect headphones to the audio jack on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I checked the failure ID you have shared, and it looks like a hardware issue with the audio jack and I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
