See if these W10 ethernet, wifi and bluetooth drivers work for your notebook...

 

Ethernet:  Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W10 driver from the link below...

 

Realtek PCI GBE Ethernet Family Controller Software - REALTEK

 

Wifi:

Bluetooth:
