Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My brand new laptop HP Envy x360 sound does not work (Bang & Olufsen speakers). The sound icon has a red x and I can not change it. 

the laptop is muted. 

I just bought it 😞

Hi! It seems like the most recent Windows Update broke the B&O Sound Drivers. I managed to fix this issue after several hours of trying. I posted what I did here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/No-Audio-Output-After-Recent-Windows-Update/m-p/7251683...
