HP Pavilion - 15-cw1034la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I've updated the graphic AMD drivers, since then the audio sometimes play so disorted that gets annoying, and then suddenly it dissapears. And then, after some time, appers again. Definitely not the hardware, as when the sound starts to distort you can hear it in the speakers and headphones. I have tried to solve it in every possible way: changing to the old graphic driver, running the audio troubleshooting (it said everything was fine, didn't solve anything), reinstalling the sound drivers, uninstalling the sound drivers, changing the sound drivers to "High Definition Audio", turning off audio enchancements, restarting audio devices, updating Windows to the last version, updating the BIOS. Nothing.
The only temporal solution i've found it's to right click the speakers button > spacial sound > disabled / windows sonic for earphones. Changing between those two options may seem to solve the problem... for some time. After 15 minutes or so the sound will start to dissort.

Hope you can help me because I have to attend classes and it is impossible to listen to the teachers like this.

Hello @Tonina

Our options are exhausted. I suspect a technical problem (motherborad, sound chip, wiring, speakers ... ).

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair

HP warranty expired:

Use external USB sound adapter ( very popular )

USB-A:

USB-C:

Good luck

At the end, Windows made an update and everything was fixed. But for whoever have this kind of problem, and have tried everything, here's a video with the link of some old Realtek drivers. They doesn't work as expected (with that, I mean that some things start to work weirdly, like the audio coming out from your speakears and headphones at the same time) but if that isn't a problem for you, that could be a temporal solution. At least until new updates are avaliable.
