As circled on photo just uploaded, my daughter uninstalled that (B&O audioncontrol) and I would like it back.

Yes, that's what I thought
so as i show in the FAQ this should be reinstalled with
the audio driver
have you found something at least that i can explain, or nothing?

If nothing is wrong do you check the option with hp recovery?

From your link. HP recovery no longer exists,

 

HP Recovery Manager was discontinued in 2018. Use Windows 10 File History to backup and restore your files
