I do not know what I am doing wrong I have just downloaded the file again and it does not give the option to unzip just run and install ? or am I having a technophobe moment !! thanks for your help

(1) Download and install 7-zip

https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

Direct Download

or

https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2200.exe

 

(2) After installing 7-zip you can right click the file sp55152.exe and unzip using the 7-Zip context menu

Thank you for your continued help I have downloaded the X86 and when I try to run and install it I immediately get a warning message that you need to have X86 ! which having checked again it is an X86 !!! and it will not do anything !

Apologies I should have said x64 as in the direct link above I have also tried to download 7zip for X86 that does not work either !

thank you, I did not see that link ! I have done exactly as instructed and I have shut down and restarted twice and it has made no difference except the Volume display in the main window has returned to how it originally was (large centre screen when you mute or switch the volume back on) also there is a very small volume display  left  hand side of screen. I will play with it over the weekend and see what If I can now work out what's going on and I will let you know on Monday how I get on. Thanks for all your help and have a good weekend.
