Yes, before 3weeks..I also check the hardware port whether the volume up and down button is free or stuck. But it seems in good condition.

(1) Create system <restore point> to save current windows state

How to Create a System Restore Point on Windows 10 or Windows 11

 

(2) In most cases, the simplest solution:

 => Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point before ( you said 3 weeks ! ) the error occurred.
