This might work for you.....
You can first check to see if you still have the older driver on your hard drive. If so then do update driver and chose the option to let you point to it on your computer. The driver that work for me was amdacpbus.sys with a file stamp date of 11/19/2019. My file was located at c:\windows\system32\drivers folder. I also made a separate copy of that driver file as a backup in a new folder that I label sound fixed. I suspect I will have this problem at the next Window update in the future. Good luck! Mike

Hi Mike, good call...did a search for amdacpbus.sys olde version, copied it's file location ..un-install AMD Co Processor and uninstall software...go back add driver in file location and wham bam thank you mam! It worked!
The amdacpbus.sys old driver is about 1.3MB...the newer version to avoid is 5.3ish MB
Thanks to everyone who helped...Top blokes!!! To Mike especially! Thank you!
Regards from London

I was able to just uninstall "AMD Audio CoProcessor" and checked the "Delete the driver software for this device" and instantly had my sound back to 100%. Thank God for this page. Was struggling with this for too long.
