I've just purchased an ZBook 17 G5 Laptop. I'm having issues with the volume fading. I'm able to mute the volume for a few seconds then return to full volume. It will return to full volume. This may work for a few seconds and or minutes. Thus, After muting, the volume will still fade. Sometimes full fade, barely hear anything, or partial fade. What is going on? This is the only HP laptop I've had issues with. HELP! I have Three G3's one G4 and this is the only one with problems.

Hi @Fox1506
go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Conexant driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
