Case number: [Private information removed]
Product Description: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ds100 CTO
Product Number: 8VP56AV
Serial Number: [Private information removed]
Case Subject: No audio, no microphone, no Cortana, no Zoom. Fails all Windows and HP audio diagnostics.
Updated AMD drivers. Problem as resolved. Installed Zoom Client and tested audio. Zoom became unresponsive. The original audio problems returned. Reinstalled the AMD drivers. System now works without Zoom. Is there a fix for Zoom on this Notebook?

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please run an Audio Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know how it goes
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio
Thank you
