Hi, a very frustrating audio issue regarding my laptop envy x360--while streaming any video the audio can diminish or fade out unexpectedly to the minimum--and then, if i just lift and tilt the laptop sideway, I can usually get it back to the original setting. HP has been trying to help by updating my driver, restoring with a recovery tool but to no avail. This issue has been happening since new, when I bought it from Costco (should have taken it back for an exchange within 90 days but I thought it was an easy fix by HP). Any thoughts or suggestions are so appreciated.
