Pavilion 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had to do a clean install of Win 10 and lost all my HP software. I've recovered the HP assistant and printer software but I can't retrieve the beats audio control panel / software.

Can you help me recover it as my notebook audio is really bad without it.

OK, with a little trial and error I located the correct file. I now have beats audio control panel.

For the record, it was this one:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72139.exe

@dunworkin

Please download and install the following software first:

        https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe

You may have to use older software

       https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe

Regards.

Both of those fail to install. They both terminate with an error (incompatible hardware).

I still have no beats audio software.

To be clear, the HP site recognises my serial number as HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p157na (Energy Star)
