Hi @kkdiehl44,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To help us locate the correct Bluetooth driver, please provide the exact HP laptop model or product number. HP laptops can use different wireless adapters, so the correct driver depends on the specific configuration.
Please also confirm:
- Is the Bluetooth option completely missing from Windows Settings?
- Does Bluetooth or Bluetooth Radios appear in Device Manager?
- Are any Unknown devices or yellow warning symbols displayed?
- Is Wi-Fi working normally?
- Did Bluetooth stop working after a Windows update, reset, or reinstallation?
- Was Bluetooth previously available on this laptop?
As an initial check, open Device Manager, select View > Show hidden devices, and look under Bluetooth, Network adapters, and Other devices. HP advises using Device Manager to confirm whether Bluetooth hardware is detected and enabled.
Please share the laptop model or product number and what appears in Device Manager. We can then identify the correct Windows 10 Bluetooth driver from the Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support page.
Take care and have an amazing day!
I'm an HP Employee.
