Hi. My comuter's CD/DVD drawer won't open. I have so far tried to open it both manually and with Power DVD eject function. Can you please help?

Hello Fewey8r,

I see that you are having trouble with the CD/DVD drive on your computer. I would like to help with this issue but I need some information.

Can you give me the model and product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find that information.

Hello - Over a year ago you posted this:  ">>> I have tried this solution as well as soooo many others and it is not working for me still. CD/DVD player isn't showing up in My Computer or Device Manager nor will it play any type of disk right now."  Looks like you didn't get a response.

I have the identical situation and am wondering what your solution was.  Curious, too, if it was contributed to physical damage to your computer.

Thank you - Grasping at straws here....
