Hi @MooseSquirrel1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're encountering an issue with the HPAudioControl_19H1.exe, which is associated with the audio management feature on HP devices, often linked with Bang & Olufsen audio systems. This issue might have started following a Windows update or due to missing components of the audio management software. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates, as these may include patches for compatibility issues.

Reinstall HP Audio Drivers: Sometimes, reinstalling the audio drivers can help resolve such issues. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Check HP Support Assistant: Utilise the HP Support Assistant to diagnose and automatically fix the problem. It may recommend updates or fixes directly related to your audio system. HP Support Assistant | HP® Support.

Bang & Olufsen Software: If the Bang & Olufsen software is missing, check the HP Support site or HP Recovery Manager to reinstall it.

Verify Problem History: Check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel, as suggested by the error message, to get more detailed information on why the program stopped working.

System Restore: If the issue started after a recent Windows update, you can consider performing a system restore to a point before the updates were installed.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
