I'm not entirely sure if this is a Windows Sound issue or a hardware issue, so I'm asking this question both here and in a Windows Community Forum.
Is it possible to output audio to multiple devices (i. e., can one assign more than one "Default Device")? For example, can I output to the USB-S/P-Dif device connected to my stereo and the bluetooth device driving my outdoor speakers simultaneously?
I have an Envy dv7-7255dx, with the IDT Hi-Def audio codec, running 64-bit Windows 10 Home.
Thanks!

Hi @mstaggerlee,
Thanks for becoming a member of the HP Support Forums. I understand you are having an issue with having the same audio outputing to two devices . I will be glad to help you.
Here is a YouTube video on how to do it.How to Use 2 Audio Outputs at the Same Time on Windows.
The only issue is there may be up to 3 seconds delay in the sound, depending on CPU and audio drivers speed.
Please keep me informed of how things went.
If you require further assistance, let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help you.
