Pavilion 11 x2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone found a fix to the low volume on Pavilion 11 x2 with beats audio?

I have tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling driver. Ran windows troubleshoot and Hp assistant troubleshoot and still now fix. The volume on my laptop annoyingly low. I've checked HP community and YouTube videos for help and nothing works. Please help me.

@cabrace78 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting low volume.

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..).

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

If the issue still persists, please uninstall the audio drivers and update the chipset driver.  Then restart the computer and install the audio drivers.

Also, update the BIOS.

Please click the below link to download the drivers.
