HP spectre

I have a HP spectre folio. People can't hear me on zoom or go to meeting conference. Video works and I can hear them.

Han_L and I have the same issue with our spectre laptop and we have been discussing the issue on this post. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Microphone-array-won-t-work-with-apps-or-internet/m-p/7... . we have not yet found a solution but if you do let us know.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried Skype app?

I am using a hp spectre computer with windows, your reply to the problem only addressed IOS and andriod. What about a windows 10 issue. Any solution?
