Han_L and I have the same issue with our spectre laptop and we have been discussing the issue on this post. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Microphone-array-won-t-work-with-apps-or-internet/m-p/7... . we have not yet found a solution but if you do let us know.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Have you tried Skype app?
