hi there i just got his laptop it has B&O on it but i'm missing the windows 10 sound enhancements tab in side system sounds , were did this go as i rather like having this tab for loudness equalization, and other audio enhancements that sound nice. how would i get this back or rather why is it gone?.

i even went as far as installing the audio driver listed in support and drivers on my hp laptop support page as i noticed windows 10 installed a audio driver made no difference,  it appears to be the same driver just now says realtek instead of Microsoft. but same driver number. i'm  missing the enhancements tab as well as loudness equalization.

also i noticed that all the B&O audio enhancements shut off when you plug in headphones or in my case external powered speakers, also they appear to be active and function with Bluetooth audio but they are not its a very big miss conception there. i need loudness equalization for Zoom as the audio really sucks.
