Hi, after the last big update some things changed, for example the mute button doesn't work anymore.
Sound in the laptop is ok, and I can mute it, but I want the light that indicates when muted to work.
Need a new driver?
Don't know if that was the only issue that changed.

Hi,
Download and reinstall the IDT Audio software package on the link below.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let windows fully load for a few minutes before checking the function of the Mute led.

Hello,
When I download the driver and install it, it gives an error in the middle of the install saying "The hardware detected is not supported by this IDT software package. The install will be aborted."
Can you please help me?
