Hi all,
I have a problem with my laptop. I cannot connect it with another display over HDMI.
I have OS Windows 10 Home 64-bit and graphic card Intel UHD 620. Under the device manager I can only see Realtek (R) Audio. Everything works fine, when I checked my hardware, but there is no signal over HDMI with TV or another monitor. And yes, I have checked the HDMI cable. Everything works with my other laptop. I guess, there was an update, and ever since I tried to update drivers with no success. I have also tried the drivers from the HP support site, but the installation is always cancelled, because a version is no longer available.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Best regards

Hi Praveenbv,
thanks for your answer.
To answer your questions:
- I have already tested the HDMI-port with another display and another cable and it didn't work
- Yes, many updates since then, including Windows, BIOS and latest drivers
- Yes, the problem could not be identified by HP support Assistant and Windows
I have sound, but over Realtek (R) Audio, the HD is not working, is hidden under the device manager. And when I tried to manually install the Realtek HD driver, it switched after restarting my laptop.
I have googled a lot and tried almost everything, so I am open to any suggestions.
Have a nice day
