Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried all these solutions and still have no sound. Also updated to latest Windows 1903 update. Uninstalled and deleted drivers. Updated drivers. Restarted 50 times. Troubleshot. Started with update before 1903 and can't roll back that far. Computer less than 2 years old. Very frustrating.
