Product: Omen 15-2018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My omen audio control panel was working perfectly until i used the bang and olufsen mixer when my headphones were unplugged, after finishing my work i reconnected my omen 800 headphones and the dts headphone:x audio enahancement wasn't working anymore. I have already tried to reinstall realtek drivers and i have already reainstalled the omen audio control but this operations didn't fix my problem. Any help?

Please use Sound Settings, does your headphones appear in the Output Windows ? If Yes, please select it. You said: you already re-installed driver, what is it ? (spxxxxx.exe)

my pc has always recognized my headphone as "speaker/headphone" and i've never experienced problems with this audio control
