Product: Hp Elitebook 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The audio service "smart audio"(bang and olufsen audio) initially does not start after the boot like other processes ,it takes about 1 min or so to load that service

Please perform a Clean install Audio Driver

 

   (a) Download the following software and save on your computer

           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111208.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manage to uninstall Audio (Conexant  .) and rebooy,

   (c) Right click downloaded filr and select Run as Admin ...

   (d) Reboot again.

actually the cx audio service loads at startup I am talking about the bang and olufsen control panel that loads late after startup
