HP Recommended

Hi there, my M audio Mobile pre hardware isn't working. it was used to work for years but now when i plug it in it says "hardware not connected" "not streaming". 

my PC: HP 250 G7 notebook / Win 10 64bit

 

Possible solutions that ive tried: 

Reinstalling updated drivers, restart Laptop

Changing USB cables

Chipset driver updates

System Updates

Off windows features/ off Anti-virus and Malware

I've also tried plug my Mobile pre to other computers, but it always says "Unknown device" .

did System Restore unitll i got into PC reset, still no luck

 

any suggestions? please i need help,
