Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110145.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.

Reset machine back to factory or perform a clean install Windows 10 should help.

You can do a clean install and keep all your files/data using

          https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You can save as ISO file then mount ISO file to run Setup

mountISO.png

Remember to tick the box to keep users files, programs (it should tick by default)

After that, run Windows updates few times (10 or 15mins a part). Windows 10 will activate itself using the key embedded in BIOS.

Regards.
