after W11 update on 7/27/24, on board sound stopped working, but BT headphones do work. no internal sound devices listed at speaker icon or zoom app

Hi @CharlesTN 

Go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.

Thanks, but under Settings>System>Sound I still have "No output devices found" and "No input devices found". 😞

Can you check in Device Manager if the Realtek driver was installed?
