 Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

  1. Restart Your Laptop
    A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
     
  2. Run HP Audio Check
    Use the HP Support Assistant to run an audio diagnostic:
    • Open HP Support Assistant (install it from HP Support Assistant | HP® Support if not already installed).
    • Go to Fixes & Diagnostics > Audio Check.
    • Follow the prompts and test the audio.
       
  3. Use Windows Troubleshooter
    • Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar.
    • Select Troubleshoot sound problems.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.
       
  4. Check Sound Settings
    • Go to Settings > System > Sound.
    • Ensure the correct output device is selected.
    • Test the volume and balance settings.
       
  5. Update Audio Drivers
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
    • Right-click your audio device and select Update driver.

I tried all the resolutions mentioned below but the issue persists. The audio is still not working properly, it's breaking. I need to resolve this urgently.
