MY laptop was working well, i was recording my lecture video, attending zoom meeting using my microphone. But recently, when i was recording my video, the recorded video sound is very very low. even in zoom meeting people can not able to hear me, but without microphone they can hear me properly. i tried a lot but the problem is not solved. My audio is ok, if i play some music it is ok. only when i record or zoom meeting with microphone, then the sound problem.

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook and Please find the document for the Zoom troubleshooting below link.
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Thank you for your guidance. But the problem is not yet solved.
When i recorded in my video in zoom meeting, my voice is OK. but when i recorded in my computer voice recorder or OBS software, the sound of the recorded video or audio is very very low.
