14-cf0008ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought two 14-cf0008ca laptops and met a lot of problems.

One of the laptops had a motherboard failure and then the USB slot was broken. It is under warranty so they were sent to Bestbuy twice and got fixed.

The other one's warranty has just expired and I could not boot the machine recently, after a Windows auto-upgrade. The cap LED blinks 3 times, which indicates it's a memory problem? I tried all the methods found online, like a bios reset (windows button + B), boot from a USB with bios, power reset (hold power button for 15 sec), no of them work.

Has anyone met the same problem? How can I solve it before I send it out to repair?
