We are not permitted to help anyone to unlock a notebook because of failed authentication or forgotten passwords, Rule 4.d.
If you can't access your notebook, the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Since your notebook is not working, you will have to use another PC to create the recovery media with, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
You need to enter the entire product number of 6L778PA and the # and the 3 characters to the right of the # sign.
