I have a Pavilion 15z-eh100 (recognized as 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model on HP support dashboard using serial number). I am trying to boot from a USB key but it gave a "Secure Boot Validation" error, saying "Invalid signature detected." If I disable the secure boot, I can boot properly. I also tried the same USB key on two other HP laptops, 845 G7 and 745 G6, where I was able to add the USB key signature into the secure boot database, they can be properly booted up.
I have opened a ticket with solvnow. Only thing they can do is to ask to flash the bios and reset to default. That doesn't help at all.
I would like to understand the procedure to add a USB key signature on Pavilion 15z-eh100 so it can be booted up when secure boot is enabled. Thank you.
