Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was running through all the recent updates for drivers and what have you for my laptop one of them was a bios update through windows and after finishing the download and doing the restart neccesary for install, which began the process. Me knowing that could take a while, made sure it was plugged it into the wall and let it do its thing. Saw it come up to the bios flash screen so I went off to do other stuff while it was busy came back to it 10 min later and all I hear is the CD drive spinning up repeatedly with the fan and HDD running. Power button led and power indicator light on the side of the device light up when powered on but theres no backlight or display output as far as I can tell and the disc drive activity light never comes on. Getting zero beeps or blinks.  Tried windows and B key at power on to get it to bios restore from a usb drive but no luck.
