Je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un a eu des problèmes avec la carte graphique de 23-d039 Envoy Touch Smart , ma carte graphique ne peut pas être supporté, est-ce que quelqu'un a une résolution à mon problème. Merci.

Ma carte AMD Radeon (tm) 7450A HD n'est plus supporté par AMD et j'ai regardé dans HP et c'est la même chose, je voudrais l'updater mais je ne trouve pas de remplacement pour cette carte graphique.

I don't believe that there is an upgraded card you can install.

Your PC wasn't supported by HP for Windows 10, let alone Windows 11.

If the only problem is that there is no graphics driver installed, and not a message that 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems'...

See if this works...Manually install the Windows 8.1 graphics driver on W11:

Download and save, but do not run the W8.1 driver for the AMD HD 7450A graphics adapter from the link below:

This package provides the driver for the AMD Radeon HD graphics solutions in
supported models that are running a supported operating system.

Then download and install the free 7-Zip file utility. 

The 1st file listed at the top of the page is for 64 bit.

After you have installed 7-Zip, right click on the graphics driver file you saved.

Select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.

Have 7-Zip Extract to:  and let it extract the driver file into its sp63890 folder name.

Once that is done, go to the device manager, click to expand the Display adapters device manager category.

Click on the AMD graphics adapter (may be called a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter).

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver, and then at the bottom of that window, select the 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer' option.

Browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created>src>Packages>Drivers>Display>WB6A_INF>CU162314 setup information file>select the AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7450A Graphics adapter from the list, and see if the driver installs.

Restart the PC, and hopefully the graphics will be working again.

Bonjour M.Paul, merci de m'aider, j'ai déjà la carte graphique AMD Radeon (TM) 7450A HD, c'est que Windows a installé un signal dessus quand je regardes dans le gestionnaire de périphérique, il indique un problème avec ma carte et des fois les fenêtres se ferment. Il y a un problème avec ma carte graphique  et deux contrôleurs, un de stokage et l'autre IDE ATA/ATAPI. Et Windows m'indique des problèmes avec ces pilotes là et ma carte graphique. Mais si je peux pas la mettre à niveau, je ne sais plus quoi faire à part attendre qu'elle ne fonctionne plus du tout. J'ai 69 ans et j'essaie de trouver des solutions mais on dirait que rien ne peut fonctionner pour ma carte graphique. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide. Si jamais vous avez une autre solution, écrivez moi ,  merci beaucoup.
