Product: HP PAVILION G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot boot up in Prime OS and also there is no UEFI I option in my BIOS also my BIOS version I want to mention is F.6 D.

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

 

HP only warranties their PCs for usage with the OS that comes preinstalled. IF you replace that with a different OS, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- as HP does not support other OSs.

 

You will have to find and contact a support forum for Prime OS in order to get assistance with it.
