Product: 15-bsOXX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had this laptop for 1 year and whereas previous in and out email messages appeared as if by magic from my earlier defunct laptop - presumably from The Cloud, I hope that I can pull down all my Contact lists most of which obviously contain an email address. I don't know how to access the Cloud or know if such Contact lists are stored up there

 

I am 80 years plus and not very techie minded but I hope you can help me in this mission.

What is your email client/agent ? Depending on your email client/agent keeps your contact list on its server(s). For example Gmail
