HP STREAM NOTEBOOK
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When turning on laptop it goes to a black screen and asks for admin password. I dont know it anymore or i never had one. Then after 3 tries it reads... system disabled [i 80374941].
I have an hp stream notebook model 11r015wm

@TheLegacy,

 

For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.
