Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

I bought it recently at a yard sale. It was on when I bought iy. I shut it down and brought it home. I turned it on and immediately I get a blue screen asking me to enter Administrator Password or Power On Password. I contacted the lady who I purchased it from. She said she never set up an Administrator Password or anything else. I looked in the forums and tried some of tnhe codes and ended up getting System Disabled Code 59556985. can someone help me please?
