I just got a new stream laptop 14 and I started it up and it said to enter the administration password or start up password and I don’t know how to pass this obstacle, thank you.

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.

Okay, it started up and said it had no bootable device and to insert a boot disk so would I have to buy one?
