HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq003dx (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple days ago I started getting a message upon power on indicating I need to provide an administrative or power on password.  I've had this notebook since 2016 and never had with blue box with request come up.  I tried several passords but eventually get a System Disabled message with (  i 93736256 ).  If power off the notebook it is difficult to get back on.  Someitmes I have to hit the power on/ off button 15-20 times before it fires up correctly and the HP logo appears.

Now I wont even turn off notebook for fear eventually I will not trick it on.

I tried restorking to one month ago but that did not help.

Can you please advice.

Thanks in advance,
