Product: HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au018wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp pavilion 15 running windows 10 64 bit. Locked out of bios. Administrator password entered wrong 3 times, then error message stating my "system disabled" code is [l 70032002]

Please can anyone help?! I'm trying to fix my crashed laptop as it now currently boots to a black screen informing me that my boot device not found with error code 3F0 or something like that!! I can't even access the bios setup utilities due to an unknown Administrator password. I have installed Windows 11 (twice apparently) and also installed windows 10 (twice as well actually) and can't get any of the 4 to go through POST and finish installing windows. Any and all help is so appreciated !!
