Product: Hp Pavilion 360

For some reason I am not able to login.  At start up u am getting a black screen with a blue error box asking for the Administrator password...it will not take anything then disables. I have tried alot of the codes here on the community but there are not working.  Can anyone help me get this unlocked please?
