Hi,
You can go to Safe mode by tapping F8 when you turn ON the unit. You can reset the admin password from Safe Mode only if the operating system is Windows XP. If its any other operating system like Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 and Windows 10, then you have to reinstall the Operating system.
