Product: Probook G6 455
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After update bios to 1.14.0 from 1.12.0 when I go to Sleep mode and then wake up from Sleep mode, keyboard's backlight is on, fan is on but Display is black.
I have nothing new to install in Windows update, in HP Support Assistant and latest drivers also in AMD Radeon Station.
Here is how exactly it looks like when notebook is trying to wake up:
- keyboard lit is ON
- ethernet port is ON
- USB ports are OFF, no +5V
please help.
