Microsoft Windows 11

Several months ago I upgraded to Windows 11.  After the upgrade I noticed that when I reboot my HP laptop, the two external screens I have show nothing when the laptop is rebooting.  I have to disconnect the laptop from the Kensington power supply that manages the power and screen connections, reboot the laptop without being connected to the external screens and then reconnect laptop to the power supply to have both screens working again.

If the laptop is not connect to the power supply and external monitors, it reboots just fine.  Also I have a work laptop operating on Windows 10 that shows both screens when its hooked into the power supply and both screens.  This makes me think the issue is caused by something in Windows 11 upgrade.

I'm looking for any help to resolve this issue as I'd like to continue using Windows 11 with my HP laptop and two screens, but don't want to have to unplug and plug the laptop back into the power supply each time I need to reboot the PC.

Any support would be appreciated, thank you.
