Laptop was factory reset. Even as far as deleating all personal information.. Now when i start the system it asks me to log in as (Other) and asks for a name and password. We have tried every login that was ever used on this laptop and nothing works. I have windows 10 on here and initialized a windows reset and reinstalled windows. It didnt help. I am wondering how to bypass or is there an admin login to get back into my system? Hate to have an $800 paperweight sitting around the house

So WHY did you do a factory reset in the first place? What underlying problem were you trying to solve?
Factory resets almost never fix the problems folks think they will fix and the often do not work -- leaving the PC in a corrupted state -- which looks like what happened to yours.
The factory reset reformats the entire drive, recreating and repopulating all the partitions, so when it works properly and finally reboots, you are put back into the initial setup process to create an account. If yours came up with an account already there, the reset did not complete properly.
HOW did you do the reset -- did you use F11 and the built-in recovery function? Or did you use external HP Recovery Media?
