Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Pavilion x360 laptop. After installing fingerprint scanner software and being prompted to restart, my system did not boot up, just a black screen and power on light. I had to restart and press F9 to get into the boot manager and select OS Boot Manager (UEFI). This has been my routine of booting my device. How do I rectify this pls.

Does it ACTUALLY have FingerPrint sensor ? I can't find it on its specs.
