Hello, my issue is that whenever I am trying to shut down my laptop, it is showing that "this app is preventing shutdown". The name of the app which is doing this issue is showing like RealtekAudioAdminBackgroundProcessClass. So my question is, why is it happening and will this problem will go if I disable the app. Also if I do disable the app, will it be harmful for my laptop? Please help. (Note : there is no driver update for that app, so the version is latest).

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
